Because my new addiction is baked potatoes dressed to the nines in sour cream, crispy bacon, chives, bean salad, caviar, crushed pineapple (we go retro in the Fuchsiadome and we don't care who knows) ...the list goes on!
They taste like my childhood.
They work a treat on their own or resting against some lovely bbq meat or roast chicken. I microwave mine then rub them with butter and salt and wrap them in alfoil and shove them in the oven for about 8 minutes.
